To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, we have a 30% cancellation fee policy. This fee applies to no-shows, cancellations, or last-minute removal of color services made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Our time is dedicated specifically to you, and short-notice changes make it difficult to fill the reserved slot. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment for any reason, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in charges.
